• Contacts Access and Upload, The App may request access to your device contacts to allow you to select emergency contacts. Only the contacts explicitly selected by you are uploaded and securely stored on our server. Before any contact data is accessed or uploaded, the App will clearly inform you and request your consent.
• Location Access, The App may request access to your device’s location to enable emergency features. When an alert is triggered, the App collects your real-time location so that your exact location can be shared with your selected emergency contacts. This access is requested only with your permission and is used solely for emergency assistance purposes.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (device type, operating system version)
• App usage data related to alert triggering and app performance
• Network and diagnostic information required for message delivery and error handling
• Location information (such as real-time or last known location), which may be collected automatically during emergency alerts or app usage to support accurate alert delivery and improve functionality

The App may collect sensitive personal data such as medical or health-related information only when voluntarily provided by the user. This data is used strictly for emergency access purposes and is not shared without user action.

• Send emergency alerts to user-designated emergency contacts
• Store selected emergency contact details securely to enable quick alert delivery

4. Emergency Contacts Data

Emergency contacts are added manually by the user or selected from the device’s contact list with explicit permission.

User Consent for Contact Access:

The App will always request your permission before accessing your contacts. Contact data is only accessed and uploaded after you provide explicit consent through an in-app prompt.

What Data is Uploaded:

Only the name and phone number of selected emergency contacts are uploaded to our secure server. The App does not upload the entire contact list.

Purpose of Storage:

This data is stored solely to enable the App to send emergency SMS alerts quickly and reliably when triggered by the user.

Limited Use:

Emergency contact data is used exclusively for sending emergency alerts and is not used for any other purpose.

4.1 SMS Consent and Opt Out

By using the App and adding emergency contacts, you explicitly consent to the App sending SMS emergency alerts to your selected contacts when you manually trigger an emergency alert.

The App does not send messages automatically without user action.

Message frequency depends on how often emergency alerts are triggered. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients of SMS alerts may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages (where supported by the messaging provider).

5. Medical Information

• Medical information is provided voluntarily by the user.
• The App does not share medical data with third parties.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their medical information.

6. Message Delivery & Third-Party Services

Selected emergency contact data (name and phone number) may be processed by trusted third-party services (such as SMS providers and cloud infrastructure) only for the purpose of delivering emergency alerts.

These providers do not have permission to use this data for any other purpose.

With this subscription you receive:

• Access to Medical Profile features, allowing you to store and manage important health information for emergency access

• App Zoom & Accessibility feature to adjust text size across the app for improved readability

Subscription Details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be shared only:

• To deliver emergency messages
• To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests
• To protect the rights, safety, or security of users and the App

9. Data Retention

• Emergency contact details are stored only as long as the user maintains them in the App.
• Medical information is retained only while the user chooses to keep it in the App.
• Message logs, if retained, are stored for a limited period solely for troubleshooting, compliance, or audit purposes.
• Users may delete their data at any time from within the App where applicable.
